The ease people have around her is commendable because you know you are in safe hands. It’s just an amazing feeling of no judgment, which can’t be put in words.

My outlook on life has changed dramatically. I now have a sense of wellbeing that has helped to improve many areas of my life. I cannot thank Sahar enough for her support & mentoring with a professional yet caring attitude.

In every class, you have given us more knowledge through your own experiences than any other course would. You never hold back the knowledge and impart it so whole-heartedly.
